INITIAL AREA
 
· FORMING BOARD: Considering the finite function performed by the box, the best possible configuration of the drainage elements is studied for each specific case to ensure its installation in the most appropriate position with respect to the head box to ensure adequate pulp slurry activity right from the following blades. 
Ceramic or glass loaded polyethylene drainage elements can be intalled.
Manual adjustment in the machine direction of the distance between the first blade headbox
An automated mechanism for the horizontal adjustment of the position of the case with respect to the slice can be installed.
Drainage effected by gravity.
 
 
 
 
FORMATION AREA 
 
· HYDROFOIL CASE: a standard configuration is not foreseen for this case but the spacing and type of drainage elements required are studied  considering  to the operating conditions of the machine.
ceramic or glass loaded polyethylene drainage elements can be installed
The drainage elements are installed on the T-bar to be able to install and remove the blades easily and precisely 
You can install turbofoil to increase pulp slurry activity 
you can  adjust the height of the case in the vertical direction
 
· VARIOFOIL CASE : This product is ideal for machines that operate with a wide range of grammages since it allows the operator to adjust the angle of drainage of the individual foil from a minimum of 0 ° to a maximum of 4 °, in order to optimize drainage and the pulp slurry activity.
Adjusting the angle from 0 ° to 4 ° in steps of 15 '

· MODULATED-FLOOR CASE: is ideal for creating the optimal pulp slurry  activity  on the basis of speed and grammage produced. Using vacuum, the canvas is pulled into depressions created by plastic blades mounted at a height lower than the ceramic blades; adjusting the vacuum level varies the intensity of the activity.

Each blade is mounted on a t-bar guide for easy installation and removal
The case presents false air valve and vacuum gauge
The adjustment of the vacuum inside the case can be made accurately by installing a VRV-AF valve
 
 
LOW VACUUM AREA 
 
VACUUMFOIL CASE: are installed immediately after the forming zone and are configured in order to remove large amounts of water, by applying a low vacuum level. The configuration is not standard, but is defined on the basis of the operating parameters of the machine so as to guarantee a gradual drainage and never violent.. 
The drainage elements used can be ceramic or glass loaded HDPE
The drainage elements are installed by means of t-bars so as to allow easy installation and removal
The drainage elements may be equipped with draining angle in order to optimize drainage
To seal the fissures between the blades and keep the case in a vacuum it is forseen to  install  plastic deckel
The case is equipped with an analog vacuum indicator with adequate reading scale and false air valve properly sized to the capacity of the case
The case must be equipped with an air-water separator to be installed on the discharge to have a good efficiency of the vacuum
To get an accurate adjustment of the vacuum  an automatic  VRV-AF valve can be installed.
 
· DUOFLOW CASE: The case presents a double chamber in its interior and is commonly used at the end of the zone at low vacuum with the purpose of controlling the line of the wet sheet. The configuration of the case is not standard, but the best solution is studied considering the conditions of work of the drainage system so as to guarantee the stability of the wet line. On this type of case can be installed drainage elements in ceramic and polyethylene glass loaded, but taking into account the fact that the vacuum level in this case is consistent, it is recommended to install ceramic to reduce friction and therefore energy savings .
The drainage elements are installed on t-bar so as to allow quick installation and removal 
To seal the gaps between the blades and keep the case in a vacuum is expected to be installed in plastic deckel 
Each vacuum chamber is equipped with a vacuum gauge analog scale with adequate reading and false air valve properly sized to the capacity of case 
The structure of the stainless steel case is designed to withstand pressures to around 30kPa
The box shall be equipped with an air-water separator to be installed on the discharge of each vacuum zone to have a good efficiency of the vacuum
To get an accurate adjustment of the vacuum can be used an automatic valve VRV-AF, on the suction line of each room
 
 
 
HIGH VACUUM  AREA
 
BIVAC CASE: usually installed after the wet line of the sheet, in the high vacuum zone of the plane table. These cases contain multiple internal chambers in order to create zones of progressively increasing vacuum in the flow direction towards the machine to avoid subjecting the sheet to atmospheric pressure as it passes through the subsequent zones of increasing pressure. The end result allows for an energy saving and an improvement in the final degree of sheet dryness.
 
The drainage elements are grouped in a single cover which can be ceramic or glass loaded polyethylene; This last material is strongly discouraged due to the friction generated by the high vacuum levels required by this application
The ceramic elements are mounted on a stainless steel frame that ensures the interchangeability of each strip which forms the cover
The configuration of the cover is designed on the basis of individual operating parameters
The structure of the stainless steel case is designed to withstand pressures around the 5COPE0kPa
Each vacuum chamber is equipped with an analog vacuum gauge equipped with an adequate reading scale and  a false air valve properly sized to the capacity of case
The box must  be equipped with an air-water separator to be installed on the discharge of each vacuum zone to obtain good efficiency of the vacuum system.
§ To obtain  an accurate adjustment of the vacuum an automatic VRV-AF valve can be installed on the suction line of each chamber.
 
 
SPECIAL ELEMENTS 
 
· TURBOFOIL: These blades can be installed on any case that works by gravity. Their purpose is to increase the activity and the turbulence of the pulp slurry to improve the paper quality . The inclination angles are chosen on the basis of the speed of the machine and the grammages proposed. These blades may be made of ceramic or glass loaded polyethylene.
 
· CERAMIC COMPONENTS FOR TOP FORMER: based on the customer's requirements, highly customized solutions are developed  for ceramic covering of the  top former. Each ceramic element is fixed on a  stainless steel based structure that guarantees the extractability of each strip independently of the others. The configuration is designed to ensure the best performance in terms of energy consumption for the machine and the quality of the finished product
 
· FELT BOXES: These elements are dimensioned based on the  conditioning requirements of felts in order to optimize vacuum useage obtaining the best possible conditioning of felts with the lowest vacuum consumption . Very important for this application is the choice of the best ceramic material in relation to the operating conditions of the machine.
 
The drainage elements can be supplied in  ceramic or plastic materials, although due to the high degree of vacuum it is  recommended not to use  plastics to avoid compromising the conditioning of felts
The structure of the stainless steel case is designed to withstand pressures to around 80kPa
The case can be equipped with  a lubrification spray tube  complete with fan nozzles
The case is equipped with an inspection hatch on the operator side, analog vacuum gauge and a false air valve.
 
· SHELL TRANSFER: to install on suction boxes placed immediately after a roller coupler, the profile of the cover is designed to maximize the coupling efficiency of the different layers of paper. The ceramic elements are mounted on a stainless steel frame so that each strip can be removed independently of the others. 
These covers are supplied  in any material but it is preferred to use ceramic materials in that we have a high coefficient of friction due to the high level of vacuum and a strong mechanical stress due to the pressure of the roller coupler
The structure of the stainless steel case is designed to withstand pressures to around 50 kPa
· The case is equipped with an inspection hatch on the operator side, analog vacuum gauge and a false air valve.
